Last weekend, Young Americans for Liberty hosted our second state convention in Arlington, Texas! This convention was even larger than our first one in North Carolina, with 156 activists packing the room to hear from speakers like Jack Hunter, Congressman Steve Stockman, and even Senator Rand Paul!
The convention, which was held on Texas Independence Day, covered everything from political philosophy to electoral politics. After we started off our morning with words from the YAL national staff, pundit and author Jack Hunter spoke about current events, with special guest Senator Rand Paul Skyping in:
We also heard from our 12 generous sponsors. They ranged from local to national organizations, and provided excellent networking opportunities for the students in attendance.
